Gothenburg Technical Leaders Community

Being a CTO or technical leader can be one of the most complex, and sometimes loneliest, roles in tech. You’re expected to connect engineering with business, build strong teams, and make the right decisions across technology, culture, and business.

At the same time, many of us are solving very similar problems, just in isolation.

That’s why Gothenburg Technical Leaders Community exists.

This isn’t about networking for the sake of it. It’s about real conversations, shared experiences, and learning from others who sit in the same seat as you. Chances are, someone in the room has already faced what you’re dealing with right now.

We believe that when we share more openly, we all get better. Stronger teams, better decisions, and in the long run, a stronger tech ecosystem in Gothenburg.

How the evening works
We keep things simple and informal. Drop-in starts at 17:30, giving you time to grab a drink and connect with others. Around 17:45, we kick things off and introduce the topics for the evening, often based on what participants themselves want to discuss.

From there, the conversations take over. No presentations, no fluff, just discussions that matter.

We meet once a month, and the more people contribute, the more everyone takes home. Feel free to come with a topic, a challenge, or just curiosity.
