You can send your foreign degree documents to uhr.se (Universitet och Högskolerådet) for evaluation. The documents should be translated into English or Swedish.

Is there an agency to evaluate foreign degrees?
Once you’ve got a personal identification number, you can sign up for one of the various Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) courses. These are offered by the government and are free of charge. A number of private companies such as BBi Communication, Berlitz, Folkuniversitetet, Lorensbergs, Medborgarskolan, SweTeach and Wållgren also offer Swedish language courses.
