Gothenburg Technical Leaders Community

Being a CTO or technical leader can be one of the most complex, and sometimes loneliest, roles in tech. You’re expected to connect engineering with business, build strong teams, and make the right decisions across technology, culture, and organisation.

At the same time, many of us are solving very similar problems, just in isolation.

That’s why Gothenburg Technical Leaders Community exists.

This isn’t about networking for the sake of it. It’s about real conversations, shared experiences, and learning from others who sit in the same seat as you. Chances are, someone in the room has already faced what you’re dealing with right now.

We believe that when we share more openly, we all get better. Stronger teams, better decisions, and in the long run, a stronger tech ecosystem in Gothenburg.

How the evening works

We keep things simple and informal. Drop in starts at 17:30, giving you time to grab a drink and connect with others. Around 17:45, we kick things off and introduce the topics for the evening.

The discussions are shaped by the people in the room. Bring a challenge you’re facing, something you’d like advice on, or a topic you think could spark an interesting discussion.
