Claude for Founders, Builders and Startups
The talks
Setting Up Claude for Real Work — Björn Ingmansson (The Froject)
Most people use a fraction of what Claude can do. Björn walks through what a real workspace looks like: how to set it up, what to put in it, and how the pieces fit together (context, rules, commands, skills, agents, hooks, MCP). Based on what we've learned building The Froject, a wizard that generates fully configured Claude workspaces. The goal is to leave with a clear picture of optimal Claude usage and the moves that actually matter.
Assumption is the Mother of All Failures — Victor Göthensten (Antessera)
Claude is eager to help, sometimes too eager. The moment you describe an idea, it's ready to build. But jumping straight into execution locks in assumptions neither you nor Claude has examined yet. Victor flips the script: using Claude as an interrogator rather than a co-builder, forcing the hard questions early, stripping away what you think you want, and arriving at what you actually need. From raw idea to crystallised PRD, a practical session on using Claude to grill yourself before you commit to building the wrong thing.
Building and Testing Ideas with Claude — David Göthensten (Weapp)
The full Lean Startup loop with Claude as a co-builder: find the idea, research the problem, sketch the concept, build an MVP, launch, measure, learn, iterate. Real case, end to end, at a level you can actually act on. David is a product creator and AI strategist at Weapp, where they've built award-winning digital products and AI solutions using exactly this approach.
Plus a little something to take home!
