I also support companies that wish to broaden their talent acquisition strategies by making the most of international expertise and building inclusive workplaces where diversity contributes to innovation, development, and growth. 

With a PhD in Gender, Culture, Societies and Politics and professional experience gained across several countries, including work with the United Nations and other international organisations, I combine strategic communication, storytelling, and inclusion initiatives. My goal is to build trust, strengthen collaborations, and create pathways between talent and working life.
