Human Capability in an AI Workplace

Most AI training focuses on use, prompting, automation, tools. This course focuses on something prior to that: what AI is, and what it changes about the role of human judgement.

Group participating in an outdoor learning session in nature, overlaid with futuristic AI-style analytics

This programme combines a grounded understanding of what AI is with structured work on expertise and identity. Participants move from reaction to clarity, and from uncertainty to a defined position.

The outdoor setting is functional, not decorative. It removes the defaults that shape behaviour in corporate environments, hierarchy cues, screens, rehearsed professional behaviour, and replaces them with conditions where more honest forms of learning begin.

Participants leave with:
- A grounded understanding of what AI is and is not, and the confidence to call out when others are working from a distorted picture
- Clarity on why resistance appears in skilled professionals, and the language to navigate that with your team
- A clearer view of how expertise changes when AI enters the workflow
- A defined personal position on where your human judgement remains essential
- The capacity to meaningfully participate in your organisation's AI decisions

Please note this is a paid event. Pricing is available on the registration page.
