Economic Outlook #3 2026

Companies in the Gothenburg region are reporting stronger economic conditions in the third quarter of the year. The Economic Outlook Indicator has risen to 102.2, confirming the region's position in the upper range of a normal business cycle. At the same time, the labour market continues to show signs of improvement, with positive employment growth and lower unemployment compared with the same period last year.
