Charlotta Johansson

Hello! My name is Charlotta Johansson, although most people call me Lotta. At Business Region Gothenburg, I work with the Growth Programme, helping companies develop, grow and take the next step in their business journey.
Through coaching, networks and tailored support, I help businesses create structure, strengthen their leadership and develop their operations in a sustainable way. 

I also run TechMeetUp, a meeting place for people in tech, innovation and entrepreneurship. Here, we create opportunities for start-ups, established businesses and entrepreneurs to meet, exchange experiences and explore new collaborations.

I grew up on Öckerö and still live there today. Clarity, commitment and momentum are important to me, but so is having fun along the way. That shapes how I work and connect with others. The best part of my job is meeting driven people who want to develop ideas, businesses and organisations.
