Anna-Lena Johansson

I work as a Business Development Officer specializing in workforce development and talent supply. Together with businesses, educational institutions, and public sector organizations, I develop solutions that help companies access the skills and talent they need, both in the short and long term. 

A key part of my role is listening to the needs of businesses and translating those needs into practical initiatives. Through collaboration and dialogue, I contribute to creating better conditions for companies to grow, innovate, and meet future workforce challenges. 

My background is in business development, economic development, and entrepreneurship. Over the years, I have worked closely with companies across various industries on matters related to growth, skills development, and organizational improvement. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the realities businesses face, as well as the opportunities and challenges encountered by many organizations, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
