In this honest and interactive session, Céline Greuzard shares personal experiences of starting over, rebuilding confidence and navigating Swedish work culture without losing your own identity.

Through personal stories, humour, relatable examples and practical insights, Céline explores how international experience, resilience, cultural intelligence and adaptability can become valuable professional strengths.

Participants will also take part in a short workshop to reflect on what they already bring beyond their job titles and CVs, and how they can communicate these qualities in a professional context.
