Venture Cup Region West Final – meet the startups that could shape Sweden's future

Ten of west Sweden's most promising startups have pitched to a regional expert jury. Now we're opening the doors to the public.

Come early. The afternoon opens with 30 minutes of mingling with the finalists, so you can ask your questions and get to know the companies before anyone takes the stage. Then you'll see them pitch live, hear a Venture Cup alumnus tell the honest story of going from idea to company, and cast your vote for the Audience Award.

Four jury awards will be handed out – and the winners take their place in the Swedish national final in 2027. The last prize of the evening is yours to decide.

But it's about more than the prizes. Over food and bubbles you'll meet the entrepreneurs again before you vote. Your contact, your question or your experience could be exactly what moves one of these companies forward.

Preliminary programme

• 16:00 – Doors open. Arrival mingle with the finalists: walk between the companies, ask your questions and get to know them before they take the stage.
• 16:30 – Welcome from Venture Cup and event partners. 
• 16:40 – Live pitches from the regional finalists
• 17:20 – From idea to company: a Venture Cup alumnus on the real journey, followed by Q&A (prize for the best question)
• 17:45 – Bubbles from OddBird and food from SMAQO. Meet the companies one last time and make up your mind – voting for the Audience Award closes at 18:15.
• 18:15 – Award ceremony: Impact Maker Award, Academic Innovation Award, Best Traction Award, Game Changer Award
• 18:35 – Audience Award: the winner you chose
• 18:45 – Closing words
• 18:50 – Celebration mingle
• 19:00 – End
