Gothenburg Technical Leaders Community is a place for tech leaders to connect, share experiences, and build genuine relationships.

Your company may be different, but your challenges are rarely unique. This community exists because we make better decisions when we stop solving the same challenges in isolation. As one of our members puts it:

That is exactly what these evenings are about, stepping out of that isolation and talking openly with people who understand the role.

We believe that sharing what is actually going on is the best way to get challenged, gain new perspectives, and grow. Conversations can range from big strategic tech questions to the practical, everyday challenges of leading technology, people, and business.

How the evening works

Drop in starts at 17:30, and at 17:45 we kick things off together. From there, the conversations are shaped by the people in the room and the topics they bring.

Come with a challenge you are facing, something you would like advice on, or a topic you think others could have valuable perspectives on. The more we share, the more everyone takes home.
