Every career transition opens a new chapter. This three-part programme invites you to pause, reflect, and rediscover your path through the power of storytelling. By engaging your curiosity and creativity, you will explore how your experiences, strengths, and values can come together to form a meaningful and inspiring career story. Our approach encourages you to step into the role of author: shaping your narrative, exploring new possibilities, and finding joy in the process of imagining your future.

Session 1: “Discover Your Strengths – Writing the Heart of Your Story” 26 January, Monday, 09:00–12:00

Every story has a beginning. This session helps you uncover the themes that run through yours: your strengths, your motivations, and the experiences that shape your identity. Through guided storytelling exercises, reflection and discussions, you will identify the patterns and strengths that give your story meaning in your professional and personal identity. This session encourages clarity, self-reflection, and curiosity about where your story might lead next.

Session 2: “Sharing Your Story & Finding New Opportunities” 28 January, Monday, 09:00–12:00

Career transitions require adaptability, exploration, and the ability to communicate your story to others. In this session, you will explore how to present your evolving narrative in the Swedish labour market. We will explore how you can utilise storytelling to convey your professional identity, enhance your networking practices, and discover new opportunities that align with your goals. The goal is to help you recognise opportunity paths and strengthen your adaptability during transition.

Session 3: “Taking Action – Making Confident and Meaningful Career Choices”  30 January, Friday, 09:00–12:00

Career transitions often involve ambiguity. Choice-making becomes clearer when individuals author their own stories. This final session focuses on how to evaluate your options, understand the factors influencing your decisions, and take action aligned with your evolving career story.

By the end of the programme, you will have the opportunity to:

•    Clarify your career goals and emerging themes

•    Identify your strengths and areas for growth

•    Recognise your key skills and how they fit your narrative

•    Expand your perspective and explore new career possibilities

•    Connect with peers, exchange stories, and inspire one another
